Wonderful Countryside lodge
Our family built the lodge 20 years ago. It is authentic timber frame construction. The timbers came from Montana and had been from a beetle kill forest. We enjoy all kinds of wildlife from deer, raccoon, fox and a variety of birds. We love the peace and quiet of our rural life and hope others can enjoy this piece of Iowa paradise with a Colorado flair!!
Welcome to the Lodge
Timberpine Lodge welcomes you to a custom timber frame lodge in a rural setting to enjoy with family and friends. With 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3.5 baths there is plenty of room for your group. Relax in the hot tub or on the screened in porch. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals during your stay. Each season has it's own beauty at the lodge.
The Raccoon Rivers are nearby and are great for kayaking and canoeing. Saylorville Lake is a short drive and have boats for rental to enjoy on the lake. The Raccoon River Bike Trail is a short drive away with parking. Shop the many boutiques in the small towns around our area. Just minutes away from movie theatres and restaurants.
